OUR PARISH DEACON

Newly ordained to the transitional Diaconate, Nkazimulo Shange has been assigned to assist Father Brett at the Parish of Saint Joseph. Deacon Shange was born in upper Tongaat and completed his education there before going on to do 3 years at Durban Computer College. Sensing a call to Priesthood, he was sent to St Ambrose Formation House, went on to St Francis Xavier Orientation House, Cape Town and then to St John Vianney in Pretoria where he completed his theology and philosophy degrees.

He has one brother and two sisters, all younger than him.  His inspiration was Father Xaba, formally Parish Priest of Tongaat.  His mother, Nokuphiwa Shange, is very proud of him.
